The Situation

Varria Personal Financial Advisers operates out of 7 convenient locations throughout southern Queensland. The Toowoomba location had served them well for a number of years, but they were growing out of it. It was a bit tired, and was limiting the growth of their team. With a tight deadline of the old sites lease expiry, they needed someone they could trust to deliver on time and on budget.

What we did

Working closely with the key staff and executives, our design team came up with a layout that ticked all their boxes, with flexibility for expansion in the future. From custom joinery, furniture, to signage and decor, DC3 Work Space managed the whole project.
