Problem
With their Toowoomba real estate team growing fast, GDL needed to move into a larger, more strategic office.
They had secured a space in the Rowes Precinct, but it was a blank canvas with no layout or furnishing in place.
What We Did
We worked closely with the GDL team to plan a flexible workspace and reception area.
This included a new auction room designed in partnership with the Auction Centre, custom furniture,
and a functional, collaborative layout tailored to their workstyle.
Outcome
The finished space reflects GDL’s strong regional brand, provides room for growth, and enhances their daily operations.
It’s a modern, welcoming space their team and clients love walking into.
