Once we’ve agreed on an overall scope and budget, we engage our design and estimating team to prepare a Cost Plan Estimate.
This stage provides you with a floor plan and a clear estimated cost breakdown for your project, helping you understand the design direction before moving forward.
(Fees for this stage are rebated off the next stage.)
Detailed Design
Once the budget and sketch plan are approved, we engage our design and pre-construction teams to begin the detailed design process.
We work with you throughout the design stage, clearly communicating cost breakdowns in real time and helping you make well-informed decisions for your project.
Construction
With a clear plan in place and a strong understanding of your requirements, our construction team carefully schedules the works.
