(Fees for this stage are rebated off the next stage.)
Once the budget and sketch plan are approved, we engage our design and pre-construction teams to begin the detailed design process. We work with you throughout the design stage, clearly communicating cost breakdowns in real time and helping you make well-informed decisions for your project.
With a clear plan in place and a strong understanding of your requirements, our construction team carefully schedules the works. We coordinate all trades and manage the entire process to ensure minimal disruption to your business while smoothly delivering the final workspace exactly as envisioned.
