Problem
This fast-growing Toowoomba law firm had outgrown it’s offices, and needed to expand. Fortunately they were able to take on 3 adjacent tenancies in the same building, but needed the spaces to flow. They had also out-grown their Safe Custody Filing room, and needed a solution to safely store a large amount of files.
What We Did
Working closely with the Directors, we re-designed the office and storage layout to efficiently make use of the space. Using Speedpanel fire-rated walling system, and conforming to stringent installation protocol, we were able to deliver a 2 hour Fire rated filing room, with efficient compactus storage.
The project also involved relocating an accessible entry, with compliant stainless handrails, a bathroom upgrade, and handy kitchenette.
Outcome
Thanks to an amazing team, this project went smoothly, and our scope of work has extended to other parts of the building!
