Varria had committed to move to larger premises, and were challenged with tight deadlines, to ensure no holdups in their operations.
Our team worked with the Varria team to understand how their business functions. We then set out to design the tenancy layout to suit their unique needs. Working closely with the property owner, Varria facilities team we fitted out the space, coordinating HVAC, Fire, Electrical and IT services.
Our client was able to move in on time, with very little disruption to their business, and are loving the new environment!
