Problem
Warwick Credit Union has been expanding for many years. With a strong growth trajectory, they decided to extend their reach into Toowoomba, and rebrand all 8 branches as Darling Downs Bank at the same time! With some tight deadlines to work with they needed to partner with a company who could design, construct and fit-out a flagship branch in a matter of weeks.
What We Did
The team at DC3 took on the challenge. Partnering with interior designer Sam Webb of The Paradigm Room, we set up a weekly cadence of meetings. This allowed our busy clients to maintain focus on their jobs, and still stay closely in touch with our team through the design & construction phases!
We loved the way that Darling Downs Bank is so passionate and clear on their objectives. The design brief was clear: A homely feeling branch which is customer focused, and has generous space for the clients, while maintaining an efficient, functional back of house layout.
Working closely with their security and IT teams, clear communication enabled our team to deliver the build in 4 short weeks from site access!
Outcome
Thanks to an amazing team of designers, engineers, and trades, the client is very happy with the outcome!
