PROBLEM
GDL's real-estate division had been experiencing rapid growth in demand in Toowoomba. After selecting a space in the Rowes Precinct in Toowoomba's CBD, they needed to partner with someone to bring their new branch to life.
WHAT We DID
DC3 worked closely with GDL's management, and real-estate team to design a functional office with a executive office overlooking Toowoomba's business district. Our design team worked with them to bring an authentic feeling that matched their branding.
OUTCOME
The outcome was exceptional and the GDL team is now rolling out this design style through other branches.
